First Quarter 2016 Outer Banks Market Review

The first quarter is behind us, and spring is in the air. Our market is active and the number of listings placed under contact during the first quarter of 2016 is up 7% (667 units vs 619 units) according to the Outer Banks Association of Realtors.  Overall, sales are down slightly,  1% from 2015 but total volume sold is up 15% and the average sale price is up 22%.
