The first Quarter of 2015 is behind us and spring has arrived in the beautiful Outer Banks!   Unit sales are up from 2014, while average sales price is down slightly. As market activity continues to improve, price increase should follow. As we move into our high season in the area, I expect that activity will continue to increase.
